A lot of children became victims of violence today. Their peaceful life became miserable because of ruthless person. And now, another child was a victim of violence.
Arlene Balolong was a 6-year-old child living at Barangay 872 Pandacan Manila. She was peacefully living like other children when someone suddenly took her life away from her.
No one knows that the video obtained from the CCTV was the last memory from Arlene while she was happily playing bubbles, because after that she was found dead near the road at Barangay 825 Pandacan Manila.
The witness said that the suspect and the victim passed him by. The suspect was walking while holding the victim’s hand.
Based from the investigation Arlene was ruthlessly strangled, beaten on the head and exploited by the suspect. The suspect for the crime was Mark Avila and he admitted the crime he did. He was just drunk because of too much alcohol and he was in the influence of drugs that’s why he did the crime. He defensed that he don’t know what he’s doing.
Mrs. Elizabeth and Mr. Ariel Balolong didn’t expect that the suspect can do that to their daughter because the suspect was the father of their daughter’s playmate. It’s hard to accept the fact that their daughter was already dead and they can only see her on the picture. For now, they only want justice for what happened to their daughter.
How many lives of innocent children will be sacrifice because of those heartless people who used illegal drugs?
