A teenage girl was molested in Culis Hermosa Bataan City inside Tagumpay Subdivision, Barangay A. Rivera.
There is a hidden secret that were kept by some of the residents; an immoral molesting incident by a group of men, to a beautiful 16 year-old girl. The suspects turn to be blood related and their parents are protecting and hiding the truth for their son’s sake. The victim was abused and more sadly the suspect’s parents and guardian was accusing her that it wasn’t true that their sons done nothing to her. They added that Baby whom the victim, was not a descent girl.
On the 24th day of June 2006 it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Baby together with her mother Linda file a case against the suspects.
Only one block afar from there house where she was molested. Linda said that the five suspect with a girl was all blood related. Baby’s best friend was the one who invited her to join her with her cousins to eat with her at the time of 9:30 in the evening.
When she was ask when did she was molested, she said that she doesn’t know because she was already been drugged by them. She was found at 4 o’clock in the morning when someone texted her mother that Baby was in their house. When her mother saw her, Baby’s wearing clothes were not in a proper dressed and her bra was unhooked.
They decided to bring her home and after that they immediately bring her to a hospital for a medical check and they found out a sperm cell inside her and she has a laceration. They raped her with a blanket and they went to the municipal to blotter the suspects.
The suspect is now in prison if the police make some action and do the right process on the twenty first of May 2009. The blame for the case was pointed to SPO4 Nicanor Leyba because instead of letting the victim to point out who are the suspect. The said police talk to them to just choose from one of the suspect for her to be her husband. The motive of the police was for the son of the chairman of their barangay so it might not be included to the case that can bail for a life time imprisonment and revealed that the police was related to the Chairman.
Baby and her family went to Gabriela to ask for help. At first they entertain them well but on the second day and so the treatment went different. They show no interest to Baby’s case because her family was poor and they were much more interested to the case of a girl that was molested by the foreigner because they can benefit from there.
On the 4th day of July, the herring was held for the case of Baby. There’s no representative from Gabriela that show in the court different from their promise to Baby. The herring was canceled because of the arrogant attorney Crian whom was the attorney of the Chairman and the suspect are no show in the court only their parents.
Instead of Baby and her family, the parents of the suspects were the one who are complaining and protesting outside the fiscal office. They do whatever it takes just to hide what really happened.
They decided to ask for help to Volunteers Against Crime & Corruption (VACC) lead by Dante Jimenez because Gabriela are not interested to help them.
Atty. Pete Prinsipe whom take charge to be Baby’s attorney suggested transferring the case venue to Manila instead on Bataan City to avoid the things that are not to happen.
The case went well and after the incident she finished her studies in Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She became an office staff but eventually she left after she got married.
