Ronald Alan Quiamco Gonzales was the name of the passenger who abused the conductor just because he refused to let them out on the wrong road. He was so furious and pissed to the conductor because he wants to go out, but the place he want were wrong.
The conductor said that he already tell to the passengers a minute ago that they can go out when they were not moving, but at the middle of the road Ronald Alan ask him that they are going out now. The conductor refuses and told him again that it can’t be because if they do that they will pay 1000 pesos for penalty. Ronald Alan doesn’t listen to him and tell him again that they want to go out because they have their child with them. The conductor was pissed and told him again that they can’t do it and because of anger he said to him that he should not be stupid. Ronald Alan was pissed and punches him and he was also shouting to the conductor that he has a brother who was a position on the police and he will tell him to prison the conductor and remove him from his work. Mr. Conductor was frightened and asked the passenger not to do that, but the passenger punches him again and threw him looks and harsh words.
conductor stayed silent and bares all the hurtful words from the passenger while he was swiping some blood from his nose that bleed from the punch he got.
Ronald Alan was still furious at the conductor and continues to curse him and told him that he will get him out of his work for what he did. Ronald’s wife pretend to block his husband and the conductor but she was aiming to slap the conductor and pretended that she was slip but truly reaching the poor conductor’s face to slap many times.
Ronald Alan eyed the conductor for being just a conductor praising himself for being an educated person, but on how he acted it doesn’t prove it in any point.
Some of the passengers were afraid because of the commotion and a girl tried to call a police but the said passenger shouted her because of what she did. Some suggested calling an MMDA to stop what is happening.
When the MMDA came, the passenger together with his wife and child go out but the conductor stayed on the bus. The passenger was still shouting to the conductor and was proud to himself that he was right. The conductor had enough and talk back that’s why he was punched again and it is in front of the MMDA and the child of Ronald Alan.
One of the passengers stepped in to the commotion and was so pissed to Ronald Alan because of what he did inside the bus. They were all disturbed and afraid of his actions. They side on the conductor because he was right. It was so obvious that the passenger was the one who was wrong in any aspect and the conductor was abused and has been taken away his rights to protect himself from the passenger.
