The child suddenly got tantrums while she was walking with her mother in Shibuya train station complex, in Tokyo, Japan at 11 o’clock in the morning. It was a natural thing for a child to have tantrums but the mother of the child got irritated and became angry.
The mother tried to stop her daughter to act that way but her daughter doesn’t want to stop until she get what she wants, so the mother became more angry and couldn’t stop herself to kicked her daughter’s head and drag it.
The child didn’t expect that her mother could do that thing to her. She cried a lot because of too much pain.
The mother doesn’t know that there’s someone taking video. The concern citizen couldn’t stop himself to say out loud that he was taking video and he would report the mother to the police because of what she did to her daughter.
The man who took the video named Masahiro Kase. It was clear that the mother abused her daughter in a public place, so Masahiro uploaded the video to help the child and for the mother to be punished. After the video uploaded on the internet it got viral.
