SHOKOY ATTACK IN DAVAO

Husband and wife Aileen Mae and Cesar Espanola were enjoying the beach in Digos City, Davao Del Sur. While they were swimming in the sea there’s something attacked them. They were shocked and afraid because they can’t figure out what kind of creature attacked them under the water.

Sadly, Aileen died while Cesar survived after they got wounds and bruises in their body.

According from the witness, Aileen and Cesar asked him to help them and he saw something. It was a big creature that looks like fish.

After the news spread in the City, others said that Aileen and Cesar were attacked by siyokoy. Siyokoy was a horrifying sea creature with fish-like bodies and long green tentacles. They drown mortals and eat them. They have gill slits, are colored brown or green, and have scaly skin, comparable to that of fishes.

The police didn’t believe that the one who attacked Cesar and Aileen was the shokoy. It was more possible that the one who attacked them was the jellyfish because there were 20 venomous jellyfish that could kill a person.

The BFAR advised to those who feel difficulty on breathing, dizziness and vomiting after swimming in a beach should immediately go to the hospital because it is possible that they have touched the venomous jellyfish in the sea.

Based from the investigation it was possible that there’s a foul play because before the incident happened there were three kids who also died in the same beach.
